Hi Julie-Ann,

What a fantastic weekend! The hotel was great, very clean and freshly painted. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The cruise was easy to find and was lovely, unfortunately the views were spoiled a bit because of the rain. We were surprised to find some people we knew who live about 10 houses from us were also on the cruise and going to the game. The seats were fantastic – 14 rows back from the front on the tryline. A pity about the rain as these seats were not undercover however it probably made it a bit more fun. The return journey was handled very well and we then went on to have a great night. No complaints at all from us. Thanks for all your help in making this a weekend to remember.

Many thanks for keeping in touch. We had a great time and it was an enjoyable experience,shame about the weather but no one can do anything about that. Hotel was a fantastic location at the Travelodge Southbank,very central. We received all of our documents in time and seating at Flemington was excellent!

I think in the end, Lisa and I agreed that if we had chosen the accommodation and seating ourselves,we couldn,t have done any better. We only got home this morning from bathurst...took the inland route which gave us 2 more days of sightseeing.
I would love to thank you for the organisation of the event. Everything went to plan and i couldn't ask for a better result with holden 1,2, 3 lol.....it was an amazing experience and i am so glad you emailed because we would love to go again definetly next year, being the 50th anniversary of Bathurst and i wouldn't mind looking into also the gold Coast one in october as well.

The Bathurst goldfields BBQ was great...we had Dick johnson's son as one of the drivers and he was a brillant speaker. Food was great, shuttle buses were great, the only thing that wasn't, was my throat the next day for screAMING FOR LOWNDES lol....man i must've been cheering really loud without knowing lol.

I could not fault a thing about the tour, so thank you very much and i would very much like the details on your tours for next year when you release them.

Hi Julie-Ann, Thanks so much for organising our Melbourne trip we had an awesome time! Glad to hear you also had a win! The Gala breakfast was excellant and everything went so smoothly, we even had the sun out for our cruise to Flemington on Oaks day! They also let us out on the track for some photos. The Hill Stand was the perfect place for the carnival, the view back to the city and being right on the winning post was unforgettable. Living Legends was also unreal, we both fell in love with Apache Cat! It was a very memorable trip, one that will live with us for ever. I have attached a couple of photos, one is a photo of me proposing to my girlfriend at the Cup! (in front of the Makybe Diva Statue!) Luckily she said yes haha!
Oh and also could you let me know if you will be doing the Afl/Nrl Grand Finals in 2012 as me and about 4 or five mates plan on going to both, they will be the same weekend next year, Thankyou

Yes, I really had a great time. I thought that staying at the Sullivan Hotel was good as I got to see & learn a bit about Perth in having to travel & also had the opportunity of doing walks at Kings Park whenever I wished. I may return in two years time to have a look at the new venue. I had a good seat at the tennis and met a couple of ladies also from Sydney, who I think booked through you. Apparently I was spotted by friends on TV a couple of times. All in all a good experience. Thanks for all your work and help.
